I have a 2006 macbook (the OS is regular Leopard, so circa 2008).

I downloaded the latest version of Wine available (1.4 or something).

I have the old European version of Worms Armageddon (I think, it's the CD).


PROBLEM:

I can't get WA to install correctly. I keep getting an error that says, "Won't work on Windows NT." Does anyone have any suggestions?

I tried installing both the patch and the lates Beta Update from Team17 itself, but the patch says the game is installed incorrectly, and the beta update doesn't really do anything. I also tried the "WormKit" thing, but that kept saying I needed to put its contents in the Worms Armageddon folder, even when I did.

Any suggestions if I started from scratch?
i.e. uninstalled it, cleared my system of it, and started from step one?

PLEASE HELP!!!

It was my favorite game as a kid... I NEED it to work... yeah...
