Well, I have seen. A friend in my list is at Level 37 currently.

this doesn't mean anything. you can get higher and higher level without gaining any achievement

aidan0203, this makes no sense. Just an analogy with the online matches achivement:

If you overpass 2000 online games you still being able to play online matches as well as they'll still be counted.

You just won't earn any more achivement from them while Team17 doesn't create a new one.
