I'm with a problem: the installation of the game was normal, the installation of updates as well, introducing the game runs perfectly fine, but when the initial screen appears, or is it black or just freezes.

what might be happening?

Can you try applying SkipIntro_On.reg from the \Tweaks catalog under the game installation path?
if it doesn't help, also try SlowFrontendWorkaround_Off.reg
