Hey guys,

We seem to be having issues regarding people losing Credits and/or Coins in the game. If you are having this problem please leave the following information;

1. Your full name as it appears on your Facebook profile
2. How many credits/coins you think you lost
3. A quick summary of what you were doing when you lost the coins
4. What day did it happen on and a rough estimate of time.

If you can provide this information either on this post (or to me via PM if you'd prefer) we can analyse the situation as we try to find the solution.

And don't worry, you will be getting your missing credits back! But we really need your help to solve this before we go live!

I'll be first :) So, here it goes:

1. my facebook profile name is d.georgakas1 (Dimitris Georgakas)
2. I lost 18 and 36 credits.
3. I wasn't doing anything in particular. The first time I loaded the game, this happened (http://forum.team17.co.uk/showthread.php?t=59118) and when I refreshed the page I was missing 18 credits. The second time I just loaded the game and I was 36 credits short. However, that same bug happened two or three times that day.
4. October 20th the first time, around noon and October 23rd the second time, around 20.30, local greece time both.

4. I had the credits on the 24th Oct (evening, UK time), logged in on 25th (again, evening) and they were gone.

Now that you mention it, I remember that the first time it happened, when I lost the 18 credits, I used some of them to skip some tasks, I don't remember how many, I got a lot of weapons as rewards though :p. I closed the game for some time and then when I load it again, the bug happened and the credits were missing.

2-I had the 49827 experince points and I bought two unholy hand grenade on the three hours ago and when I was refresh the page its were gone.I lost 1819 experience points and two unholy hand grenade.

You know what? I might have done actually...I think I could have been skipping a few of the 3,2,Boom elements (if I don't have any of the weapon I need for the task, and the weapon costs more than skipping does, then I usually skip). They were marked up as costing 1 credit to skip. I've noticed now that this latest batch of tasks cost 10 credits to skip...

Another thing happened a few minutes ago. I had about 1800 coins and I bought two HHG. I closed the game for a few minutes and when I load it again, only one HHG was in my inventory and the remaining coins weren't enough to buy a second one, like I did before. So, one holy grenade and a few coins missing.

Yeah, every time i reopen the game some of the coins are missing and sometimes weapons too :\ And most annoying thing is when you pass lvl, and get reinforcements bar reffilled, so you play 1 game and after it its as it was before you lvled up, then you refresh and realise you'r back on previous lvl with almost empty reinforcements and few tenths XP to reach next lvl, which you have alredy reached.. :\

Anyway, 2 big things i lost, Hockey Mask and Medieval Tower, tho i bought second MT later to replace it, but dont need 2 :\

3- The first time I skipped some sulk quests (they kept coming back, so I skipped some of them for the rewards, 1 credit each). Skipped something around 6~8 times.
The second time I was redoing the challenges for practice + coins & XP. Did them at least 10 times.

Both times, I had stopped playing for a few minutes (closed the page) and then came back, noticing my credits/coins were missing.

3. Bought the hat and put it on my first worm. Launched a battle but my worm still had the previous one. The devil horns hat disappeared of my inventory after the game.

Sorry, I thought it had happened again, but I'm not so sure. I was sleepy the last time I played, so I don't remember exactly how many coins I had before leaving... my bad :x

3. When I was done playing at night, I had 47 credits. The next morning I logged in and only had 27.

If it is just that it's a very simple bug which we can fix in minutes. If it's something more nasty...well...let's just say the coders won't have a happy halloween!!

Today I had a similar glitch (just a few moments ago). I leveled up (lv 19) and, after doing a challenge (#1), I had only 1 reinforcement. Stupid me decided to continue playing since I was completing some quests and getting some coins and items.

When I finally stopped playing, I took a screenshot just as precaution if anything went wrong and well, this time I'm glad I did it.

In sum, I lost XP, the rewards from quests, coins and weapons I had bought. Maybe it was a network sync problem, and looking at my screenshots I can't exactly prove #1 came before #2 (except for the fact I am lv 18 again now). If it is as I think, I believe it would be impossible for you guys to give back what I had earned (since the data never went through)... I don't blame you because I know this is BETA, but it saddens me (-__-)

Hey Yuki, sorry that you experienced this. However what you have encountered is a different bug we have literally just fixed. It should be fixed in an upcoming build soon. Thanks for the report about it! :)

For some reason I've gained coins today, only around 40 or so. To try and get around the problem of losing money I thought of buying whatever I may need or want (weapons or island parts mostly) whenever I'm done with my session until I can spend no more. I was left with 20 coins about half/3quarters of an hour ago and now I have 69 but I've lost some 3 cluster bombs that I bought before I left last time, but I've never lost any island parts. Also if i do leave any larger amount of coins left I leave the window open until a hint or advert for a shop item pops up and then I close it so it reconnects but this only works a handful of times. I'l keep you updated.

Yup lost more coins and xp this time. I think it may be the challenges because the xp from those just keeps on going up.

i always lose lots of xp and money and just today i lost 3000xp
it was about 10-15 mins i played
it is very disturbing

Sorry for coming back on this thread, but i noticed something today.

I won and posted it on my wall when some one reacted on i left the battle after winning. I had 1001 coins and when i came back i had 999 coins. But that isn't every thing. I also gained about 2 cash!!! So i was very happy, but still it is weird.

was on a roll, wiped out 3 teams, amassed a hell of a load of coins + i have my whole team wearing the bonus coins diver helmets, then a 'rift' and lost about 3000 when i came back :( wounded

I'm happy to hear that this thread may help me get my problem resolved.

Here are the details regarding my problem.

My Facebook name is Logan Hickling
I spend 8000 coins on a Diver's Helmet 2. (The helmet that gives you the large coin bonus)
I was going into the "customize worms" section of the game, shortly after buying the helmet, as I was about to put it on one of my worms, when the error about the "rift" occurred and I had to restart the game. When I returned, my Diver's Helmet 2 I had just purchased was gone, along with the 8000 coins I had just spent on it.
This happened on Friday, April 5th 2013, about 6:30 am MST here in Alberta, Canada.

Now that I have provided this information, please give me back my coins or my helmet! Thanks in advance...

Once again, I've had the game rip me off when I buy something with real money. It's getting very scary to do such a thing, since it seems half the time the game screws you over.

Todays problem:

I bought 60 worms credits. The game showed that I had them. I then went to buy some coins. After the transaction completed for the coins, I return to the game to find that my 60 Credits are now gone.

This happened at about 7:20 am June 7th, 2013.

Please return my 60 credits or I want my money back. I'd also appreciate it if you made it a lot less likely that things like this happen. I DO appreciate you guys fixing my last problem...but at this rate I'm getting pretty annoyed at the frequency of problems. Especially ones that rip you off.
