On the Steam store page at the time of writing this post it says approximately 1 day and 5 hours. Of course, the Steam store page is known to get this wrong pretty often so who knows.

I don't know if it will really be available on the 10th in the UK, more likely to be on the 10th Valve time, but maybe we'll be surprised.

On Steam expect the game in 24 hours exactly at this moment. (well maybe 23 hours and 45 minutes)

On Xbox Live, maybe 17 hours.

I did the math and for Eastern Time it is coming out at 1:00 PM

00 GMT (UK London time) will come at 6 PM (18:00)

Does it mean it's really coming out as soon as the timer hits 0:00:00? Because it might be delayed for some reason.
It usually comes out at the right hour (you have to restart Steam at that time for it to take effect) unless it's a big release that stuffs Steam's servers so bad they don't know what hit them. :p
