I know for a fact that I still can't download it until Oct 11 but when will it appear on my library?

For those who pre purchased it does the game not appearing on your game library as well? Is it normal? When I check my account it appears Worms Revolution-Steam Store on my recent transaction but can't find the Pre Purchased Worms Revolution on my library

It's normal. Some games appear in the list and some don't during pre-order phase.

Hey, Steam have said this should now be fixed so you should be able to see the pre-order in your library.
