Hmm, this is an odd one Bartus. It might be that he doesn't have a name on his FB account, or that it's using a strange font that we don't have in the game yet. Will look into it.

We've found him Bartus! The chap in question is Russian and his name is spelt using the Russian alphabet which we currently do not support.

Mystery solved! :)

By the way, you can notice that it's impossible for me to print screen correctly, i'm using Ubuntu 12.04 with Firefox (last version).

Thanks for the reports everyone, and to StepS for offering to translate to Russian :) We WILL be localising the game at some point in the future...

In one of the recent updates, we changed the text rendering to try use a system font if a player's name contained any characters not yet supported by the in-game font. It's nice for everyone to see their name in game, however they might spell their name.

Our resident Chinese programmer did this work and his name seems to appear fine now :)

Thanks StepS. We've dug deeper and fixed it up thoroughly this time, I think! As a test, we made your friend's name appear *everywhere* that names should appear in game ;) But we'll see how it goes for everyone else when that new build goes live, maybe tomorrow...
