No; the WormNET ignore-settings are active until WA.exe is closed and I think in-game ignore-settings are only active until the end of that game.

I say you don't need that though I'm all for hard-coding your IP into WA so players have the ability to choose (not) to let you in their games. :p

IPs are even less static than nick names. Where's the sense in that.
