is there another way to run the game maybe without Cd

no its virtual drive.
the cd is so destroyed that my computer cant read it

Did you install the game from the virtual drive? It might be looking in the wrong drive.

Mind you, copy protections usually don't like CD copies, so you might just be stuck getting a new CD or finding another way outside this forum.

i did make it skip the little menu poping up
