Greetings, I used to have this on my PC but now I have windows 7. I would assume I had it running on Vista but before that I had it on XP running fine.

Bassically, it runs fine up to the intro but after Team 17, the screen goes blank it's still running you can hear the sound and if you scroll around it feels as if it's still there you just can't see anything-- it's kind of like it doesn't show the menu as video like the intro..how do I fix this? I have Windows 7.. Is there a Windows 7 Patch or an older patch that fixes this?

I'm guessing it's a problem with the video drivers on the new systems sigh..incompatability

I have downloaded the demo and it does the same exact thing so I think it has to do with the video..is there a fix available or does anyone know what do?

Thanks

Are your video drivers up to date?

First Check :

- Video Drivers
- Audio Drivers (Optional)
- Game Patch/Version

Also Try :
- Run As Administrator
- Comptability Mode > Windows XP SP2 or SP3

For me this works well on :
Win XP
Win 7
Win 8 RP

I'm a bit late here, but for anyone searching for the solution, I had a similar problem where the intro screen is black until the "press any key" screen appears, and then the game would run really slowly at low FPS. Strangely, if I alt-tabbed so the game was out of focus, it ran at normal speed. I solved the speed problem by turning vertical refresh (vsync) on in my graphics settings (just for WF.exe), although I still get the black intro at first. I only see the Team17 logo if I press alt-tab while the game is loading.

edit: I have to press alt-tab to get the videos before and after a campaign working too.
