Hey guys, I'm disappointed at this game. And I'll tell you exactly why.

Annoyance #1 (The biggest pain in the ass ever - There is no manual spawn option / Tactical Worm Positioning)

When you play against friends or online, or anything in that matter, your worms are spawned randomly, this means, of course, that the whole strategy of the game (since it's turn based) gets unbalanced. And obviously, turns out to not be competitive to that point. You could as well give every player 100 Banana Bombs at "random-spawn-of-unbalanced-doom" just to make it even more unbalanced. And NO manual spawn option even for the Forts modes? Are you freaking kidding me? - This is to say, this game is pretty much based on turn based luck to that point, or whoever gets each other's worms drowning at the best way presented to you. And to be completely honest, that is not what I like about the Worms titles, I like the strategy of the game. In this case the strategy gets dumbed down into whoever is the most lucky with their automatic-random-spawn positions at game start.

Forts example:

-Match Start-
(Your spawn positions)
3 of your worms spawn at the edge of your fort, close to the water, "conveniently" for you; they are also surrounded by mines and oil drums. Oh, what do we have here? - YAY 1 of your worms are placed to your advantage, far away from the 1-hit-kill radius.

(Other player's spawn positions)
4 worms spawned behind a huge amount of terrain, blocking ANY of your available weaponry to do them ANY harm what-so-ever.

And guess what...? He gets to start as well, he launches his bazooka at your 3 worms, which are obviously a easy 1-hit-kill. BOOM, all 3 worms receive 180 HP loss(OverKill)- drops into the water and drowns, you now have a total of 1 worm left on your fort, (at your first turn).

Now, let's be honest; DO YOU- think this is fair? DO YOU- think this is how the game should be? - I seriously doubt that anyone thinks that this is how the game should be, so please give everyone the option to place our worms out strategically at the start of a match. I doubt this is too much to ask for as well, as I've seen this and used this in other Worms titles, and I always used this method when I played. I see no reason why it should be, in my perspective; "Removed" from this title. Seriously, this is my biggest annoyance of this game, it would just make this game complete; to be able to place your worms strategically at the start of a match.

Annoyance #2 (This one is not that big, but you should understand this one crystal clear)

Forts Pro example:
Right, so you decide to make your new worm team, everything works out perfectly ... Until you select a "Forts Pro" fort. So you choose "Cottage" as your fort (Apply Changes and Exit), you proceed to play against the CPU (Selecting Forts Pro- obviously), just to check how the fort looks like. You are expecting some type of "cottage" as your new fort, so the game loads up, and what do we have here? - Jungle Tree? Wow amazing, just amazing. Is this supposed to be a joke or something? Why isn't this Pro Fort named "Jungle Tree" when obviously that is what it is? And also, same with Forts Pro "Pagoda" which is the "Sea Monster" normal fort. This does not make any sense what-so-ever to me. Also, then you decide to choose another Forts Pro fort, and you choose "Turret" and it gives you "Arabian Nights" fort? - I mean, come'on, fix this please. (PS3 issue- Straight from my personal 100% accurate experience)

Minor issue from day one of playing, although I understand why it is like this:

Backflip roping no longer works, as this is a new title, that was kinda expected to be removed. Not going to whine about it, although it did annoy me the first day.

Thanks for reading, hope the administrator takes a look at this, and hopefully the developers can see this, to make the game more enjoyable. At this point, "Annoyance #1" is the biggest threat to this game, please give us manual "tactical placement" of our worms at the start of a match. I expected that to be in the game before I bought it, and I see no reason why it shouldn't be in the game. Again, thanks for reading. :D

(Just going to lay this out here before I move on to other games);
BIG EDIT:

?! BRING CUSTOMIZED MODES ONLINE ?!
(...Wait...What...?)

That's right, the best thing that can ever happen to any Worms title is to have as much customization in the gameplay as possible, AND the ability to bring it ONLINE - Without having to add every ID to your friends list just so you can play against human players online. What I'm basically saying is that we should be able to customize our modes- AND bring them online to play against anyone that are available at that time (whenever you are lonely "Without friends available in your list").

Hopefully, Team17 can work out an agreement to the console assembly. In a way that we can have a much greater- and much more accessible "Server Lobby" in a way that you can host customized modes and even name them, so that they would show up in the Server Lobby when it's searched.

This would make "Worms 2: Armageddon" a lot better. Thanks for reading.

Annoyance #3 Turret gun shoots your own team color in a 2vs2 match how come this passed? It's an ovious!

Annoyance #4 Worms getting stuck in landscape (very occasionally)

Annoyance #5 How come they're arn't any clans, 2vs2 ranked, and also 2vs2 ranked leaderboards for all gametypes (But inserted into the 3D which I don't like Utimate Mayhem!

Annoyance #6 The big one everyone still knows about and remains till this day the Multiplayer! We still have NOT fixed this issue and continue to create oher worm titles nonsense to me! Cross regions will not be able to play with USA and vise versa and its very annoying where we can have competition!

Annoyance #7 Since the game still has its issues since it came out years ago when's Team 17 going to finally fix there mess on this title instead of leaving a broken and very important issue's out with this title!

Totally agree to your reply, everything in it. But mostly "Annoyance #3" which is pretty damn stupid to even show it's evil existence in the game. I mean what the hell. They should have tested the game and seen this happening, it's a big flaw about the game, and shows their little interest to this title, it basically feels like we have paid for a demo test project. I seriously had better expectations when I bought this game. And when I found all these stupid things in the game I really did hope they would fix them, but I've had the game for a long time now, and it's still not fixed.

Back to "Annoyance #1" - Seriously guys? Please don't tell me you are going to leave the game to be a random piece of "multiplayer demo" that we all have paid for. And please, fix the issues with the game, it's too annoying to play. Other than that it's a great game of course, what's left of the fun factor anyways.

And I'm in no way bashing this game, all these issues are real, and they shouldn't be there in my opinion. I hope many people read this, and most of all I hope the administrators and developers and etc appreciate this thread.

On a side note:

I have enjoyed this multiplayer demo for a while(Worms 2: Armageddon "Full Game"), but not enough to tell all my friends "YOU SHOULD BUY THIS GAME, IT'S SO AWESOME!!!" because the fact of the matter is that there are still many issues with it. I still play it sometimes, mostly to check if there have been an update "fixes, evolvement of mechanics, etc". So I wish this game the best of luck for it's future, hope it doesn't stay this way until it dies. That would automatically force me not to buy another Team17 game.

Just going to announce another glitch / bug in the game that I just experienced.
(A very huge glitch / bug if I might add ._.)

I played against a person online on the PS3 in Standard mode. On his turn he dropped a Bunker Buster (straight into the water), and my worm with 100 HP disappeared, and his worm that dropped the Bunker Buster (straight into the water) was replaced with my worm which had 100 HP. And so that gave him a huge advantage of the match. I then commited suicide with my last worm; jumped into the water freely, because there was no way for me to win this match after what just happened. And he won the match, because I had only one worm left after what had just happened.

This is the worst glitch / bug of this game in my entire experience playing the game. Right next to the "Annoyance #1" issue. Hope these "issues" are fixed sometime soon, and again, this was experienced on the PS3 version of this game.

Annoyance #8: I omost forgot a huge dis advanage to this game not only the spawn positions, but for people who play forts.

Example: I also hate when you play an oppenent and they drop crate after crate to your enemies base which makes it giving them the upper hand to take you out of the game wih super sheeps, bunker busters, etc.

Making it impossible to take victory when your constantly destroying crates instead of they're worms. UNFAIR LUCK!

Solution: If they're gonna drop a crate for your opponent you should get a crate drop off as well and I would speak for all people giving it a FAIR game for both sides.

I agree to this; 100%.

Giving only one side all the good crates in Forts modes is not a good way of displaying Forts mode overall. I mostly started playing the Forts modes just because "manual placement of worms" was totally gone from the game environment. And even then, my worms were placed "idioticly" to the other player's advantage, and vice versa. This is another big problem, and it gets even bigger because this is a Forts mode. Obviously any player would want this mode to be more balanced, and anyone who would disagree would not fully understand this issue.

I believe the crates should drop in both forts equally, to make the mode more fair for both players. Because right now, not only don't we get to decide our worm's starting location, but as well we have crate drops which makes the advantage even bigger for "one side". Which obviously makes the Forts modes "one sided" by luck.

Another issue is when you have two worms on your fort, right after your worm's turn, a crate drops ontop of his head. So your opponent can easily launch his bazooka or anything else, making him fly "Weeeeeeee?! *Splash*" into the water, or in a "minor" scale, give 20% extra damage to your worm.

I mean, come'on guys (Team17), you really think this is how you want it to be? It's not making me amazed at least, all it's doing is making me want to quit playing the game.

Hey guys! Did you know that because this is a turn-based game, one player gets to go first??? That's a huge unfair advantage! I say both players should go AT THE SAME TIME. Civilization is "turn-based" but all the players can go at the same time, so HY NOT WOMS??

Yes, I agree.

But only when there is only 1 worm left in each team on the battle ground.

Then the game should turn into slow motion "real time" action.

Whoever is left standing, wins the game.

Not even joking about this one. ;)

I think we should get rid of (unnecessary(that is, useless) or otherwise superfluous) parentheses.

I agree (or concur, if you like (I don't (but then again, I wouldn't, would I?))).
