Hello,


Having a renewed interest in this game,I decided to reinstall it on my computer.


First problem : my laptop doesn't support the resolution needed.

I worked around that problem by connecting another monitor via a VGA cable.

But then,the game shows up as a black screen (or red for the explosion i the intro).

What is wrong ?

Try updating to the latest Beta Update from http://wa.team17.com

If your PC doesnt support 640x480 for the frontend anymore, use these WormKit modules to force a different resolution:

Okay,I did all you asked,and the problem is still here.My laptop is fairly recent,I guess the problem doesn't come from here ? (and if yes I have a spare comp with XP on it).

Recent hardware IS the problem
