i know there is a WKrandommap, is there any chance someone could make a module to download a specific map from wmdb? it would be nice to have a command like hosting buddy. scheme support from smdb would be nice to.

Why not just get all the maps you want from wmdb permanently instead of having to download them every time you want to play on them? Hard drives are cheap.

from time to time people will join and request to play on a specific map. with hosting buddy its a simple command to fetch a map from wmdb. it would be nice to have the same command. wkRandommap saves each map to your maps folder, i would hope a new module would do the same.

Fair enough. You have a point, with the map requests. That would be convenient.
