I play Worms world party with two friends, but we can't figure out what is the little item red and blue a worm leave behind him when he dies. That's when it's the last worm of a team who's dying. It's an item red and blue with a sort of bubble going up and down in it. Whe usually take it when it's possible, but we don't know what it is, so if someone here could help us, it would be very nice.

It's called a "donor card." It contains any of the special/super weapons and utilities a team had when their last worm died.
