Hey!
I have Worms Armageddon from Sold out Games (got it in August) and I have it up to date with the patch and all. It worked just fine until a couple of days ago, it for some weird reason wouldn't boot anymore.
Like, I mean, the game does open, but it crashes before the "Team 17" logo appears in the screen and it claims there's been some type of an error. It's not my firewall or antivirus software, I checked that - and I haven't updated any software on my computer or done anything out of the ordinary so a compatibility problem is unlikely.
I really don't want to reinstall the game and lose all my teams, so please, can anyone tell if there was a way to fix this? I'd really appreciate it!

If you're worried about losing your teams, search for the file "WG.WGT", and copy it somewhere safe, like your documents folder or the desktop.

You can then put it back where it goes after any potential reinstall.

Can you try importing the SkipIntro_On registry script from the Tweaks directory under the game's installation directory?

I can't, it says invalid file.

Oh wait, I managed to open it. It says this:

REGEDIT4

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Team17SoftwareLTD\Worms Armageddon\Options]
"SkipIntro"=dword:00000001

I can't, it says invalid file.Odd. That shouldn't happen.Oh wait, I managed to open it. It says this:That's not very useful. Let's try something else.

Find the shortcut from which you start W:A normally, right-click it and select "Properties". On the "Shortcut" tab, in the "Target" field add a space and /nointro at the end, outside the double-quotes. After this, try starting the game again.
