Ok guys, this must have been already asked a dozen of times, but I couldn't find an unambiguous answer. I own WA cd version and wonder which patch / patches do I need to install to get the latest stable version. There are basically two families of patches: official 3.0.x and latest 3.6.x beta patches. The question is: if I do install the latest beta patch (currently v3.6.31.0), will it include all changes from latest official patch (v3.0.5.0)? The beta patch is much smaller that the latest official patch, so I am now sure. Or do I need install multiple patches in some specific order? Please resolve my doubts.

Yes. If the edition of the game requires it, the Beta update installer will download the 3.0 patch.
