...except for graphics. I mean any new hats, new levels, new weapons, more possibilities. just anything... except for graphics.

Well, it has W3D stuff as well as W4M stuff afaik.

Really though, I think most of us here are actually in the Beta, where we're not allowed say what's in it and what isn't unless T17 themselves confirm something.
And we can't remember what T17 comfirmed!
In other words, you probably won't get a proper answer out of us.

I see cause I'm not really sure if I should preorder it from steam if it doesn't have any new stuff. I hope it has something big in it
