_Kilburn seems to me to be a fine candidate for OD access. He's been here a while, he's taken part in the community and perhaps most importantly, as far as I can remember he's never been an idiot or unlikable. At the very least, I see no reasons why he shouldn't be given access.

Is it worthwhile adding to people to OD before Bill makes a decision about the future of the forum in his ominous sounding "Time for change" thread?

Heee's been pretty under my radar, but that's mostly my fault for not really looking anywhere. Seems pretty alright, and he's been around for a good while. Why not.
