My friend uses windows 7 and he can't hear sound during playing W:A.
He told me that only sometimes he can hear it, what's the problem of it?

If your friend can't hear sound only in the front-end when using 3.6.30.0, that's a known issue which will be fixed in the upcoming Beta.

I've found when having the stereo effects enabled, I hear some effects, but others I can't hear at all.

Anyone having sound troubles while playing, I'd recommend disabling stereo effects altogether (0%). I struggle to see the point of it anyway.
