why cant i join any game?
why no1 can join my host?
why cant i join when are 4 players in the host?

well, firewall its bloking you conection, disable fire wall can fix in some cases, but if dont work in ur case, u must open this ports in ur fire wall options:

The ports that the game requires to be open are as follows:

TCP Ports

•TCP 80 (outgoing data only)
•TCP 5911
•TCP 6667
•TCP 28900
•TCP 29900
•TCP 29901
And for UDP

•UDP 5911
•UDP 6500
•UDP 13139
•UDP 27900
