Hi guys - I would NOT recommend to buy this game yet.. it is full of bugs, but the major problem is the crashes.

I bought the game for 3 friends and myself and since yesterday the game has been crashing every time any of us play multiplayer... between each other, seperately with other people.. it´s a nightmare.

There are other bugs too, like the AI of the computer is just hopeless, suicides on parachutes everytime, the steam image logo of you shows under other users names... its just a badly done console port.

I hope the Team17 crew can make it decent like worms armegeddon was back in the day - that was my first game I got on my new PC when I was 18... a looong time ago!

I have attached the DirectX log too. If you look on the steam forums lots of other people having issues too.

I don't know why people are having so many problems with Reloaded. I have had a grand total of two. 1 was the no retreat timer coming up after the AI uses two shots from the shotgun and 2 I had trouble scrolling over when using independently targeted weapons, ones that use the crosshairs.

The last update actually cleared up the mouse issue, and I thought it was just old hardware giving me problems, and the retreat timer thing isn't a big deal.

I've never had an online multiplayer crash, actually I haven't had a crash of any kind. And the AI, even one the easy level, seems pretty competent even moreso than previous games. I've never seen an AI worm kick in a jetpack and use it to navigate in previous games, nor have I seen them use the super sheep, until this game.

The only real gripes I've got against the game is 1)no eight worm teams, 2)the weapons selection is kind of thin (a weapon creator would be nice), 3) no Wormpot.

Latest patch supposedly fixed the avatar bug.

Have you updated your directX/video/audio drivers? They can often cause crashing if they're too old.

Yup, I just tried two games and both times the game crashed to desktop. FUN. -_-

Just tried worms reloaded again and it still crashes.

If you had checked my directx log I posted I have the latest ;) I´m an IT manager so I know how to troubleshoot.

The issue is the game. Look on the steam forums at how many people are having problems with it crashing. For me its about 50% of the time, usually when a map is loading.

My 3 friends have the same problem too so it isn´t a local issue, it´s the game itself.

Since the latest update the game seems to crash even more than before for me xD

Same thing.... I had one game which worked, but then after a nice 20 minute game it went to sudden death.... then... game hung... then crashed to desktop.
