hey i bought this game 2 days ago and am enjoying it very much. but when i was stuffing around in customizations of game styles, i realised theres some features that was in worms 4 mayhem/3d which wasnt in this, and features that i loved that is >.<.

=> the "special senario wheel" (i cant rmb wat's it called) the tiger machine thing in mayhem were u can select special senarios like, raining crate, low gravity, super [weapon type], etc.
->my favorite was the raining crate, i did it with a game style with only the base weapons (bazooka, grenade, shotgun, etc) and u go around collecting crates to get the "better" weapons

=> the ability to modify crate content chance, this changes the chance u will get the weapon from a crate, how in mayhem, it was ranked from 0 to 9 iirc, 9 being the highest chance and 0 being 0% chance. this allowed me to "disable" a weapon from the game, so if i was doing a game that's only grenades, i can in mayhem and not in reloaded.

=> the mine factory, that thing that fires mine everywhere periodically so a long game will still have mines around

=> weapon contructor, i dont exactly care about this in real gameplay but it was fun to play around. (that's the hyped feature in mayhem how u can create ur own weapon like raining poo and exploding toilet paper)

i probably missed some stuff still, ill add as i rmb them. i wish some(all but that's greedy) of these can be re-added by a patch or expansion/DLC or somthing they can invent. much appreciated.

1) You're talking about the wormpot: Team17 said they're not going to put it unless the community says the opposite. Because they wanted to, but many people didn't care about this feature.
2) Agree with you!
3) Better not putting a mine factory, trust me: otherwise the games will finish pretty fast here.

The Mine Factory wouldn't work in 2D, since it's much much harder to go around mines than it is in 3D.

The Create-A-Weapon feature isn't in this game, but it is in the soon-to-be-released Wii/PSP game, Worms: Battle Islands.

no wormpot = [sad face] D=...actuly all i wanted from the wormpot was gravity mod and raining crates, other stuff like weapon type dmg mod i dont realy care about cuz i never use them. btw y is space's gravity still the same =.=, they did that differentiation in open warfare on DS.

and for mine factory, it would kinda work for mountain maps, but not realy for cave maps, yea i understand that. and other thing is there isnt alot of space for maps in 2d anyway, so yea, i agree with u. but i wish they would allow bigger terrains (it's 3400X3400 atm, right?) cuz when i play a map with 12 worms (3 teams) some of the worms gets all bunched up.

worms:battle islands: wat about the pc gamers? D= lol

Raining crates? Sounds like crazy crates in Reloaded.

You are right! Raining crates can easily be set on in the scheme editor. You just need to set the chance of dropping for all three crates to 100%.

but that's still maxed at 3 crates per move. and the max setting in the scheme setting(often) is still not 100%, it's around 70~80% imo. bak in mayhem with raining cratesX2 u could have like...2 or 3 of each crate drop in 1 move.

what i did was only start with the basic weapon (bazooka, grenade, etc) like i meaned in OP. and u collect crates to get the stronger better weapons, that scheme is epic =D.
