T17 should release an import tool at least so we can have an active community with threads like this:

With the best hats collected on the thread, the thread admin would make a WRcustomhats20-11-2010.rar by example, with the hats ready to install with the import tool T17 should make for the community, so everyone can see the hats of their oponents online. The file should be updated constantly with new additions and so on.
And no, if someone makes an ***** hat or something he would be on his right to do it and use it in his game, but no one else will see his hat ingame because moderators would not allow offensive submisions like that being posted on the forums, you know, there are forum and thread rules, so...
