i dont see why this game runs the high resolution that my screen does not support please i need help :S

You can try editing the Local.cfg file in your "Steam\steamapps\common\worms reloaded" folder with a text editor.

/W:x defines the resolution width and /H:x defines the resolution height (x being a number), so for example if you wanted 800x600 you would put:

/W:800
/H:600


And for those wondering, removing /FS does not make the game windowed.
