This game needs much improvement.

Are Team 17 going to do it?

They seem to want to take away features of WA and say "Thats fine" when what most people wanted was WA :(

Should have done what lucasarts did for the recent remakes of monkey island games. Just update the gfx, add voice (in worms case more weapons and official shoppa mode) and then release.

Worked for them and would have worked for t17 but no they want to save money and just port the console worms game to pc when they should have known full well pc users do not like ports as they just do not work for a pc user i mean the interface alone screams port as its massive and in ur face and simple. Changing weapons go check WA its nice and small out of the way so you can view the game area but in WR its massive it blocks the whole screen the icons are like meh i wont go on as you all know this.

Really feel sorry for my mate who gifted this to me.

I thought the screen resolution had defaulted to something stupid when I loaded up and saw the UI.

Pathetic.

Whoever tested this was never a PC gamer, albeit a Worms player IMO.

So I thought I would pop on before going to bed and see how it's going. Pretty much as I expected is the answer, although I do take exception to being called a liar, it hurts my feelings and of course it's not true. I see a lot of discussion about the Ninja Rope (again no suprise) and it seems like we didn't have enough old skool ropers in the beta tests. Like i've already said, we made extensive tweaks and changes as requested by beta testers, I see no reason for that to end just because the game has been released.

Anyway, here is what will happen tomorrow. We will look through all the reported issues and prioritise the bugs and aim to get fixes out asap. Once we know which bugs are fixed for an update, I will post in the news section and then we move on to look at what happens in the next update and the next and so on.

Please be patient with us, we will get around to looking at everything raised, it's just that suggestions and changes will be looked at once we have got on top of the bug situation.

Does anyone actually like the game? :)
