Hey guys, this is not a call for maps or levels or anything. I knida have an assignment that I would love some help on. If you know a thing or two about the processes involved in map creation and editing (as well as the import functions for WR), please contact me.

Your contributions to this request will be a huge help to the newly growing WR community.

Ah...
Here's a link for a tutorial like that.
http://wormgineers.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=10

It's pretty simple, here's what I did for my Launch Base map (soon to be in Wormgineer's custom content section):
1. Open paint.net
2. Make a file with the dimensions suggested in the tutorial
3. Either make the map with Paint.net or Paint
4. Do the map
5. Magic Wand everything you want transparent (you should know this better than me lol)
6. Save as .tga in steam > steamapps > common > worms reloaded > UserLandscapes
7. Start up W:R
8. Load the map in landscape editor and put in the worm spawns, mines, oil drums, etc
9. Save the map like you normally would (this will make a .lds file, so when you're sharing the map make sure you use THAT file, not the .tga)
10. Test the map to make sure everything's right before sharing
11. PLAY! :D

Ehrm, Kalan...
Hundreds is one of the Meat & Potatoes guys.
He knows how to make maps. Infact, four of them are actually shipped with WR.

Thanks bonz,

I think maybe he is not understanding what I am asking for. I am looking for some people to help me do a pretty in depth writeup on map import functions and stuff. I know how to do a lot on my own, but I really need a couple more eyes to review what I write up and provide suggestions on how to be more thorough. I want it to be a one stop source for all things map editing.

Hopefully this will clear a few things up. :)
