Well, is it?

I can't imagine how (probably 2v2 on 2 forts), but did you make this option, or is player forced to play 1v1 on forts? And if you did, how does it work? Do you have some bigger forts to play with 4 players?

Thanks.

It's possible.

It's possible.

Can you elaborate?
Is it 2v2 on 2 forts, or 1v1v1v1 on 4 forts?

Come on, how would 4 forts be fair in a 2D game?

It's the first one of course.

If it's anything like W2:A, it's 2v2. Plus it's pretty hard to do 1v1v1v1 on a 2d plane. The ones in the edges would have the advantage. Unless T17 applied some crazy mechanic similar to Fez, where you can switch perspective planes, but that would be insane.

Hmm... 1v1v1v1 forts could be done in a 2D game - provided you're willing to suspend two of the forts in the air, above the others.

It would be awesome.

Talking of which, when is Fez going to arrive?

Erm... no. The ones at the bottom would be in an even greater disadvantage.

Haven't heard about it in a really long time. No idea.

You could do 1v1v1v... if the map wrapped around, so every fort had 2 forts next to it.

1v1v1. More would be almost impossible.

There's an idea... wrapping maps in general could make for some interesting matches.

As in Creature Conflict: The Clan Wars? Thinking of that game makes me shiver :p Well in a 2D game it might work though.

The globe as the play-field was a nice idea though.

I wasn't exactly bowled over by it. Aiming didn't work at all/was too difficult for human beings so the main gameplay was busted.

As if associate yourself with humans.
