Firstly I just want to make an honest admision. I'm not a fan of Valve because they are too corporate, but I don't mind DRM's per se and promise I wont let that cloud my judgement. Below are a few negatives of W:R pre-release.

1/ Less weapons/items than past PC versions

2/ Reduced player limit

3/ UK price (Team17 said it'll be sold at a low price but I guess they were telling a porky) UPDATE: Subjective, but this was a personal disappointment.

4/ No offline mode? "Internet connection required" it says in the system requirements. I hope they aren't doing a ubisoft. UPDATE: This might be a non issue.

5/ Regional price differences where some countries get a better deal that others even though it's digital distribution.

Feel free to add your own constructive points and I'll update my post.

4: Internet connection required might be because you have to download the game before you can play it.

Good Point,

2: That is fine to me, games are always boring when there is a lot of people :-/

It's £16.19 (£17.99 full price). That's a great price for a game.

If you were to imagine a high and low price for a new PC Worms game what two figures would you come up with? For a high price I'd imagine around £15-20, and Team17 promised a low price in a press release (somewhere). It's all subjective of course, but generally low prices on Steam are between £4-7 and high ones are way above this.
