Having said that, I highly doubt you're going to get that thing running on Vista.

A better solution would be to update to the latest version, install Wormkit and contact "Entuser" about WormsPX (version 0.8.0 beta) - it retains all the functionality of the fiddler and adds new features (like a scripting engine) that allow you to expand the possiblity of Worms:Armageddon even further than custom weapons.
(And with the scripting engine you can also add custom behaviour to weapons too - stuff that they aren't able to do even with the fiddler! For example, I made a shotgun bazooka, and an airstrike where you can pick different kinds of grenades to drop with the 1,2,3 keys :D)
