Additionally you can just choose the option "centred" in your desktop menu and it will be 3:4 automatically. At least if you use Windows.

I'm sorry if this wasn't very clear. I didn't draw it, I just slapped the logo of WR on an official piece of art.

On Facebook, Team17 said they would publish wallpapers with those backgrounds very soon but it didn't happen yet, so I thought "Putting a logo on a finished image ain't a big deal, so if Team17 is too busy I'm gonna do that" and so I did.

I'm not even sure if I could do art like this at all. I'm only used to "cel-shading" comic style as in my avatar.

Oh, I thought you inserted the worm characters and stuff into an existing piece of art, if all you did was put the logo there then thats just lame ._. (and obscures the awesome artwork)

No, using this as a wallpaper without a logo was lame, that's why...

I first used it myself and I don't know why I got the idea of posting it here, but anyway sorry you are disappointed, I'll try making all informations clear next time.

I assumed that he used a backdrop from a random game and managed to edit existing Team17 artwork of worms into the backdrop as well as place the logo. IE: I was not aware the backdrop, worms, mines etc. are all there from the begnining and only the logo was new.

In Firefox, I just right click and choose view background image.
