Yes, that's right.

Blocking is always dirty. I don't have a problem with someone using a crate to do more damage but I don't really play roper.

I haven't played in any of the current active leagues, but all the old ones disallowed both. It's really up to the host what the rules of the game are, but people tend to use the league rules, even in non-league games. You should probably ask this question on TUS (http://www.tus-wa.com), or see if they have it listed somewhere already, as that is the current popular league.

Ok thank u. I find this here on tus website

Rules

- Crate before attack (CBA). You must collect a crate before doing any damage to you opponent (touch both walls instead at sudden death), if you break this rule you aren't allowed to attack the next turn, if you break it more then once, seems your doing it on purpose, or kill your opponent the game will be void or given to the victim

- Attack from rope or parachute (AFR/AFC) this means you must attack while hanging from your rope or while your using a parachute. if you break this rule you aren't allowed to attack the next turn, if you break it more then once or kill your opponent the game will be void or given to the victim.

- No blocking. if you block and your opponent doesn't attack you must ONLY collect your crate on the next turn, if your opponent is still able to attack you then you have a 5sec penalty at the beginning of your turn but your allowed to attack

- No blowing up crates to do extra damage, If you break this rule you are not allowed to attack the next turn (you can still get your health crate) if the damage is over 80 you must skip twice
