in which ordner and in which format have i to put the maps to use them in w:a?

Both BIT/LEV maps and PNG maps go into the \User\SavedLevels\ folder. You can also use subfolders to sort them by scheme or author if you're using the latest beta update, which I hope you are. Another neat trick is extracting them from replay files [.WAgame] by right clicking on them in a file browser.
