I'm someone thats going to buy and play WR with all of my friends :)
But first I want to be sure this things are in the game:

2-I hate it that you can't build in the sky, in the old worms you can build a high as you want, in Open Warfare 2 you can't go higher then the island.
3-I love the rising water.
Can someone tell me if these things are in the game? If they aren't, then please add them.

Mainly because your questions are answered elsewhere.

Question No. 2 (about building into the sky) is erroneous. You cannot build higher than the clouds in Worms 2, Worms: Armageddon and Worms World Party. I am unsure about the very first, but I'm pretty sure it had a max height too.

Also because May was during the beta, and testers hasn't right to answer to this.
Then 4 months is enough to put a threat in the abyss.
