This is usually related to 16bit CD-ROM drivers being present in Windows. Please follow these steps below to find out if this is indeed the case.

- Double click on 'My Computer'.
- Double click on 'Control Panel'.
- Double click on 'System'.
- Click on 'Device Manager'.
- Check that CD-ROM is listed.

If you cannot see the CD-ROM you will need to install 32bit (i.e. Windows 95/98) drivers for your CD Drive. Please use the disks that came with your computer or alternatively contact your vendor.

If you can see a CD-ROM drive in the device manager, then your drivers may need updating. Please contact your computer manufacturer and ask for the very latest drivers as well as the latest firmware revision for your particular drive.

Thank you.
The only legal download that I know of is the Trymedia/Trygames version. Simply use your downloaded installation files and re-install.

All other downloaded versions are illegal, thus you won't find support on the developer's official forum, you foolish pirate! http://www.themockturtle.com/Amock/images/smiles/pip.gif

Come back when you have legally obtained a copy. (I suggest you get a proper CD version though.)
