Hello. I am currently placing my entire W:A Folder into a RAR, and sending it to my E-Mail, then extracting it onto a different PC.
What I want to know is, what will happen when I place the W:A Disc into my other PC? Will the Installation Menu come up, and if it will, will I lose all of my Saved Data? Will it be as easy as just resending the RAR if I do lose it? Will all my Programs work, will my Teams be saved, will I still be able to host with WormNAT2?
I would like some Answers. Cheers.

Copying a W:A installation from one computer to another will not copy over the settings in the registry and win.ini. Thus, settings such as your nickname and the in-game screen resolution will not be preserved. Teams, schemes, maps and everything else under the Data folder, however, will be. Also, some 3rd-party programs that depend on the PATH registry value will not work.

Install worms then overwrite the 'Worms Armageddon' folder with your old one. All you'll you'll have left to do is tweak the settings the way you like them.

Cheers, it works perfectly. One small problem though - Whenever I click on the Bottom of the Screen to get onto my Desktop again, then go back on it, I can't click on anything and have to Ctrl+Alt+Del to get back on, then have to close W:A.

Works for me too but when i have hosted a game and do that i mostly get minimized again when i try to enter the land editor screen or click on the light... so you rather don't minimize when hosting a game. ;)

The setup and other files will be copied but the settings will remain the previous PC and you cannot move it any how...

The Esc key with a quick mouseclick usually gives me back control when I'm in a game menu and come back after having minimized

The escape key would exit you out of hosting though :P

windows key and click would also do it probably, though might force a minimise...

I've taken the habit to go to land editor and then minimize.

When I return, it's a non interactive land editor, ok? I press ESC and, hey, presto!, I'm in the server lobby full interactive without losing anything!

Reply me if this work :D
