Is there a way to choose the delay for some weapons like low gravity and jet pack?

I wanted to use the scheme "intermediate" but with minor modifications but once I changed something, I lost some weapons (jet pack, low gravity, suicide bomber) and I can't restore the delays for the jet pack if I add it back manually.

This isn't possible yet, but I do believe the suggestion of setting utility delay was noted by the developers when the request first popped up.
