Hmm, I've never bought anything from iTunes before, but I don't mind helping out. I'll wait to see what McCluck says, mayhaps he has an account already which would be easier.

I'm also slightly skeptical as I've never managed to buy stuff on Steam with my Visa for some reason, possibly because it's not activated as a credit card, it's a more direct paying card, but maybe it'll work. I really need to ask the bank about that... someday... maybe.
