sometimes my keyboard doesn't work in game, when i alt+tab out and into the game it usualy works

2: How can i change my teams name, i misspelled it and noticed it by now(i have 23 missions completed, 12 on time required) so making new team isn't an option. Can someone pls help me on how to change name there? Anything helps.
