When i want to play that fantastic game it first appears to work,
but if I click anythink with mouse (inside game) game will change to
windowed mode and eventualy stop working!!!!!!

try to maximaze the window after it changes to
windowed mode hope that helped:)

Try running game as administrator ( I'm not informed about Win7 that much, don't use it but in Vista that helped)..
