Because I could really do with this to be 15kb or less, losing as little quality as possible. I can get it down to 24-ish, but that's no good. :(

If you wanna make size-efficient avatars, make them Paint-style with no anti-aliasing, so you lose all those silly in-between colors and save for more frames. (eg. Huntakilla's avatars)
