Hello.

If I run install.exe I get the following error message:
"this system does not support fullscreen mode"
The installation can not start.

Tried DOSBox?

Yeah, dosbox is probably the way to go (Windows' DOS emulation has slowly degraded over time, starting with the obvious switch to the non-DOS-based NT codebase at Windows XP).

Windows NT* (before Windows 2000)

Windows NT was not designed for home users. So unless you were playing games at work, that is hardly relevant.

Am I missing something? Most NT/2000 computers were deployed in places of work, usually offices.

NT was a split project within Windows for a while. It was mainly based in workplaces, Muzer is right.

I found your comment funny, not because there was something to ridicule. Legit funny.

I was pointing out that the switch in code base occured before XP because that is the truth, XP is the first home oriented O/S from Microsoft that used the NT kernal.

I think the first real switch to NT came with Windows 2000, which was the successor of Windows NT but was used by home users a lot because of it's better stability than the huge failure that Windows ME was for the home versions.

Anyway, DOSBox works fine with WU for me except for the FMVs, which do not play further than the first frame and then stuck and hang the game.
So, make sure to always skip them by pressing S when you're prompted after launch.

Hehe!
I think we're more used to your illegal funny.

Have you tried it in DOSBox 0.73 Bonz to see if the cut scene problem is resolved?
