i saw some guy that could build 10 or 15 bridges, but i know that modified weapons don't work online how is that possible

There's a Wormpot option so that Girders don't end your turn, I think...

How was the weapon that he used? Because if is bombs(Dynamite,mine,etc) sure is with Wormpot.

Uh no, it's so you can place more than one girders in one turn. If you place a girder without this wormpot option your turn will still not end.
