No date, sorry. Just a message that it'll be coming out 'shortly'.

I presume the delay is just to translate it into the different languages.

I bought it on the US PlaystationStore and selected language in French, translation is well done. I believe other languages are available too, even though it is US version

But you all obviously played the US-Version. The question is, will you be left out when the masses buy the Euro-Version? Limited to US- und Importplayers?

It's not unthinkable, AFAIK Rocket Powered Super Sonic Battle Something Cars is incompatible between markets.

All other online versions of Worms are compatible between regions, it would be really odd not to be. Latency isn't a huge problem in a turn based game.

I wasn't even thinking of latency, since dapope played the US version on EU PSN with other EU PSN players. :)

Another question is, are the servers from different PSN regions connected? If a game supports it, will it connect people around the globe?

I'm really looking forward to this. I've never played Worms online before, can't wait!

Me neither, just offline on various systems starting with Worms 1 (PS1).

By the time Open Warfare 2 was released for PSP, finally with online play, i had a PS3 and lost interest in playing online on my PSP. Regarding the current situation there, i am glad i didn't jump on the OW2 train. :/

Worms PSN should be safe, i guess. Isn't the PSN only for matchmaking and the real game is hosted on one PS3? So no Demonware threatening our fun?
