I believe you can only pay by credit or debit card or international money order on the Team17 shop (see https://secure.team17.com/help.html?area=paying ). They do not accept PayPal.

Buying from the T17 shop is probably the best bet. If you don't have a credit card, could you get a friend or family member to order the game for you on their card and give them the money?

sorry for this double post but I want to know something more about the payment.

when I pay with "International Money Order".
do I have to sent the money in GB Pounds with in a letter ?
or go to a bank and they will ship my money to T17 adress in England ?

I think otherwise I have to buy it in Germany

I don't know about International Money Orders - you'll have to speak with your local bank and find out how it works. Note that the banks will likely charge you for this, so the game will cost more.

I find it a little surprising that nobody you know has a credit or debit card, there must be someone you know with one!

You could also ask your bank about pre-paid credit cards, for example Visa Electron prepaid (http://www.visaeurope.com/personal/choosing/payinadvance.jsp).
