Hi all,

I recently dug out my copy of WA and installed on my White 2nd gen. Macbook (Win XP Pro SP3, using VMWare Fusion). Everything works perfectly, sounds, gfx, etc....except the mouse when the battle begins!! Nothing crashes, but the mouse goes haywire--it seems to only recognize one axis of motion at at time, and moves in an arbitrary direction with hyper sensitivity. It's fairly impossible to use.

I tried swapping the touchpad for a USB mouse, but it did nothing... Funny part is the mouse and touchpad both works fine until you get into the battle.

I have the latest patch, and tried running WA in various compatibility modes.

Does anyone have any suggestions???

Uninstall the VMware mouse driver from your guest, or disable "mouse integration" if you can find such an option. Are you using the latest version of VMware Fusion? The latest version of VMware Workstation for Windows already copes with full-screen games, I believe...

Yes, VMware works fine in that regard. VirtualBox acts as andresc123 describes if you have Mouse Integration enabled while in game.
