Apparently Team17 do ship to Latvia (inside the European shipping zone - total cost of the game and shipping is GB£12.21), but they don't say how long it'll take - probably a couple of weeks, depending on how good your postal service is.

Yes, Team17 seems to have stopped distributing new copies of W:A to retailers, so your best bet is to purchase a retail copy from team17's online store.

Your card should have a number somewhere; if you can find it, type it in. Type in the expiry date too.

Once you have done this, there's usually a name/address thing too to make sure you're the card owner, and then after you've purchased it, all you have to do is wait 'till the game arrives. :)

The credit card number is the embossed, 16-digit number on the front.
In addition the the expiry date you may also need the 3-digit security number, which is on the back.

Make sure that the name and address correctly match those of the credit card holder.
The shipping address normally can be a different one.
