This something I haven't tested yet, but when indestructable land is on, is land added mid game (via girders) also indy? If so I can see misuses of such weapon which could result in very boring games for some, those are trapped by opponents, and have no teles.

Yes, girders become indestructible too.

A girder starter pack can disrupt the whole gameplay in schemes like 'shopper'.

i wonder if it be possible to make arrows and girders destructable with indy on, maybe as an option?

set your scheme up with infinite (10) girder packs + 255 turn delay and no one will be able to use it if they get it.

There are a couple of things I don't understand, franpa:

1.) My ammo only goes up to 9 (albeit infinite when set to 9).
2.) My delay limit is also 9. How does one set it to 255?

Use Schemeddy for adjusting things above 10 and 10 = infinite in regards to ammo stock.

Couldn't you just have 0 girders/girder packs in ammo and crates? You know, omit the girders without using additional applications?

Not if you want to include super weapons.

You can't control what appears in super weapon crates. Girder starter packs and nuclear bombs will absolutely ruin a shoppa if someone collects one and decides to use it. The only other way to prevent it is to disable super weapons in your scheme.

I have to object!

While girders can definitely ruin a scheme with indestructible terrain, because you can block the enemy or permanently shield yourself, the nuclear bomb doesn't.
It affects all players equally and if the delay trick isn't used, everyone has to live with the fear that his worms could drown if they end up on the bottom.

Yea the delay trick is currently the only way to stop people using particular super weapons. I always disable nukes and girder packs in my shoppa/wxw schemes.

Depends on the map. Any map with a large, low base will be rather badly affected due to a slowed down game, and any map that requires going through points that're low enough to flood will be forced to split into sections. In other words, while it may not be ruined, it'll still make the match a lot less fun.

i still think allowing girders/arrows to be destroyed would solve any problems.

Yes, but there is currently no support for indestructible and destructible terrain to exist in the same map, it is planned though.
