I have just about every version of worms, and have spent the last 24 hours trying to get WWP to work on my Vista laptop, only to find that it will NEVER work once I read a mess of pages on it on the forums...some issue with the intel chips and directdraw.

Anyway, trying with WA now, and I have updated it...I get the intro, menus, etc... but when I go to quickplay or deathmatch the game just crashes.

Any ideas?

What kind of crash are you getting? If you get a message regarding ERRORLOG.TXT, please post this file here.

Have you updated to the latest beta, 3.6.29.0? If not, please read sticky threads before posting in future, this applies to any forum you visit, some will have more strict rules than us.

this sounds like the problem that i had, are you using a disc image?
