I'm a busy guy these these days. I'm about to start trying to build a career as a writer and actor, I'm working with SoulGeek as the Editor-in-Chief of their Webcomics portal. I'm learning to drive. I'm writing Jump Leads. I'm working on two screenplays and two comedy series. I've been commissioned by a Doctor Who with more cash than sense to write a script wherein all three versions of the Ninth Doctors (Christopher Eccleston, Richard E Grant and Rowan Atkinson) meet. I'm travelling to and from San Diego to spend time with Michelle. I haven't much free time these days, and the time I have free is usually spent either playing Rock Band or watching DVDs.

As a result, Dream17 has fallen to the wayside. I'm not able to devote the time I'd like to keep the site up to date. The Softography+ entries need redoing. The entries for the coming soon stuff need tidying. Entries for games as recent as Worms Open Warfare 2 need some serious updating. And I can't do it.

I have two options. I can close the site and archive it in its current state, as KilJaeden did with Wormtopia, or I can hand it off to someone who wants to keep it up to date. You guys (well, most of you guys) are really the only people I'd actually trust with it, so I'm going to ask: do any of you want to take over the running of Dream17?

Bonz would be a pretty good candidate.

I'll obviously keep maintaining the site if it stays online.

I was thinking Bonz but I've misplaced his email address.

Yeah, I say Bonz.

I also can't really devote much time to D17. I actually started a few articles some years ago, but other things have taken precedence; namely, I am training to become (and am working occasionally as) a nurse, and that's both physically and emotionally demanding. I spend a lot of time with my girlfriend, my rock band Unbalanced Grass still goes intermittently, and I also write super-secret secret articles that you're not supposed to know about, 'cuz they're secret.

I'll still try to write occasional game columns, but I'd prefer to do so for RealVG. I like D17 and I don't want it to close, I even occasionally check back here for game information when I'm curious, but I don't think I'll be up for much Staffing in the future.

I still vote for Bonz though.

Hmm.
I have no idea what the problem could be.

I have added your email address to the whitelist now though.
BTW, you can also reach via the D17 email address.
