How would I make the timer Show a higher Number than 5? I can change the time but not the Number. Her an example, Its set for 10 seconds, but it dosent Display the countdown from 10, the countdown starts at 5!

The internal detonation timer display is probably coded into the game, and not loaded externally. However, the time can be modified.

I think that's your problem, because I just think they didn't have the need to make it display up to 10.
